If you haven’t been able to publish a rota within 30 days of your first payment, we refund it. Once per customer, on their first subscription; conditions in the terms of use.

The Djed app is in French for now. This site is in English.

Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel any time and the subscription ends at the end of the current period, monthly or yearly, with nothing more to pay. Your rotas and your fairness history stay exportable.
What does onboarding include?
A 30-minute session, in English or French, is usually enough: we set your rules together and the first month is built during the call. No set-up fees.
Does the price depend on team size?
No: the price is per practice, not per person. Vets and vet nurses are unlimited: a team of 6 or 20 pays the same, and all your practices sit in a single company account.
Can I move from Solo to Clinic later?
Yes, whenever you like: the copilot, hours-based contracts and skills are added without touching rotas already published.
Is the app in English?
Not yet: the Djed app is in French for now, and the agent understands rules written in French. This site is in English, and support replies in English or French.
