Djed

Djed is rota software for vet practices. It builds the monthly rota for vets and vet nurses, on-call and out-of-hours included. The rota is prepared on djed.vet; the iPhone app lets every team member check their rota, ask for leave or a swap and, for managers, handle those requests.

The app is in French for now. We reply in English or French.

• By email: support@djed.vet. Include the email of your account and, if you can, a screenshot.
• From Djed, once signed in: your account menu, then “Signaler un problème” (report a problem). The report reaches us with the page concerned; the reply comes by email and stays in “Mes tickets”.

iPhone app: frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

With the email and password of your Djed account, or with “Continuer avec Apple” or “Continuer avec Google” (continue with Apple or Google) if the email of that Apple or Google account is your Djed account’s email. The app doesn’t create accounts: your practice invites you. Forgotten your password? Tap “Mot de passe oublié ?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a link.

I can’t see my rota

The app shows the rotas your practice has published. A month still being prepared only appears once the person in charge publishes it. If the month is published and you aren’t on it, tell that person or write to us.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap your photo or initials at the top to open “Compte” (account), then “Supprimer mon compte” (delete my account), and confirm with your password (or with your email if your account has no password). If you are the only admin of your practice (or group) and other members have accounts, appoint another admin first. What deletion erases is described in the privacy policy (in French).

Where is the rota prepared?

On djed.vet, from a computer: practice settings, building, corrections and publishing. The iPhone app is for day to day: checking the rota, asking for leave or a swap, deciding on requests.
